📖 Our Story
It all started when Michael dragged home a beat-up vintage rotary phone from an estate sale, the kind of purchase that makes a spouse question a lot of things. But Barbara, ever the optimist, had an idea: what if wedding guests could pick up that phone and leave a recorded message instead of signing a boring guestbook? One Facebook post later, their first booking came in. Then another. Then five more. Turns out Utah has a serious soft spot for anything vintage.
One rotary phone turned into a photo booth. The photo booth turned into a typewriter. The typewriter turned into a Polaroid camera, a record player, and somehow a full basement of lovingly restored vintage treasures that Michael keeps adding to and Barbara keeps tripping over. They now serve the entire Wasatch Front from Ogden to Provo, including Park City and the surrounding valleys, which nobody is more surprised about than Michael.
These days Barbara runs point on pretty much everything, the calls, the emails, the bookings, and occasionally reminding Michael that not every estate sale is a business opportunity. If you reach out, you're talking to Barb. She'll get back to you faster than Michael can find a parking spot at the DI.
